Just as you need to establish a pediatrician for your child, you need to establish a pediatric dentist for your child. Bring in your child when the first tooth appears or no later than his/her first birthday*
Prevention is better than cure. Starting early examination and preventive care will protect your child's teeth now and in the future. Regular examination allows the pediatric dentist to examine and monitor the shape of the baby's jaws and the condition of the oral tissues. It allows us the opportunity to prevent problems and correct them when necessary.
Leveraging growth and development opportunities to correct problems is only possible when children are still growing. Let's do everything we can to ensure healthy growth and development in our children and help them thrive.
*The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a dental check up every six months starting no later than the child attaining one year of age
